The Price of Being Healthy

We got Jacob some gummy vitamins and talked about how they can give our bodies additional help, especially when we are sick. Despite reading him the directions, he kept asking me if he could have another one because they were so yummy. I got fed up with his asking and whining so I told him that he wouldn't get any more vitamins if he asked for another one again. He looked at me horrified and exclaimed, "But then I will be dead!" I flatly stated, "Yep, so you better stop." He hasn't begged since.
