Most of the posts on this blog are about our son, Jacob. Mainly because he is much more interesting than Max and me. This blog is also being made into a book of memories for our family. Enjoy this peek into our lives!

Photographer

A few weeks ago Jacob and I decided to visit the Botanical Gardens. I thought it was early enough in the season to find some beautiful colors but apparently we are at the end of spring blossoms. Jacob thoroughly enjoyed it as he went around taking pictures with my phone. I took pictures of him taking pictures.
He soon realized that he could take better pictures in the shade. I ended up with about 100 pictures on my phone. Here are a few of the ones I kept.

He sat still enough for me to take this cute picture.
He would have stayed for hours but I had to find a bathroom. (He said he could hold it.)  We ended up driving a 100 yards down the road to the ghetto park. I call it ghetto because it was old and the play equipment was scattered everywhere. Jacob loved running from thing to thing and discovering the "new" play equipment.
