Most of the posts on this blog are about our son, Jacob. Mainly because he is much more interesting than Max and me. This blog is also being made into a book of memories for our family. Enjoy this peek into our lives!

Pictures

Enjoyed coloring his arm and tummy yellow. "I was trying to look like a banana!"

We babysat a cute little 2 year old girl and Bailey just followed him around everywhere. We talked her ear off but she didn't say a word. He decided afterwards that he needs to have a little sister.

I was picking up Jacob at playschool in the park and stepped over what I thought was a long skinny rope. Nope, it is a convoy of spikey caterpillars. They were following each other in a line to who-knows-where. We were all facinated and even the locals said they had never seen anything like it. Each caterpillar was only about 2 inches long and this convoy was about 5 feet long. They were moving fairly quickly and weren't stuck to each other. Just playing follow the leader.

Just had to capture a picture of this punk rocker caterpillar. I would love to see what kind of butterfly this turns into!!

This is a picture of Max's leg with hives. He had them all over his body and they itched like crazy. Of course, we have no idea why he got them and why they came on so suddenly. He attributes it to stress from a phone call he got earlier from work. Great, now he is allergic to work.
I made some Cheetos treat bags for Jacob's playschool Easter party. He thought the Easter Bunny had already come when he woke up that morning. He knew right away that they were carrots. Thank goodness.
