BBQ Time

Some friends of ours invited us to their house for a BBQ last night. There were about 5 couples and 8 kids. The kids played and the adults talked and laughed. Jacob played with his friend, Jonathan, and really enjoyed himself. He even was brave and climbed a very narrow, high, circular staircase up to a play room. When he was done he came down and exclaimed that he had fun and there were no monsters up there. So glad to hear! We stayed for about 2 1/2 hours and Jacob was so tuckered out from playing he asked to go home. Wish it could have lasted longer because he was being such a good friend. I can't wait for him to begin his playgroup after labor day.
