Fort Fun

With the heat comes finding new activities to do indoors. Jacob was amazed at the fort I built him and I explained that my siblings and I built many of them when we were kids. (Stacking the books on top of blankets to hold them down, just to have them all fall over, time and time again.) Before Max came home, we turned off all the lights and hid inside. Boy it got hot waiting for him. Our TV has a channel that shows the security camera at the front gate so we can see when dad is at the gate. This has been helpful in many hiding tricks and surprises. Jacob also ate his lunch in here and explained that he would like to sleep in it that night. Fun times!!
